These Terms govern your use of the Spendigo mobile application ("App") by Aura Motion Labs. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Spendigo allows you to track personal expenses and income, create shared households for splitting, create groups for trips and events, track loans, view analytics, set bill reminders, and export data. Spendigo is a tracking tool — not a bank, payment processor, or financial advisor.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and update it if it changes.
You agree not to use the App for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, reverse-engineer the App, use automated scraping tools, create multiple accounts for abuse, or share false data in shared households/groups.
Shared expenses are visible to all members. Settlements are based on mutual agreement. Spendigo facilitates tracking only — we are not responsible for actual monetary transfers. Invite links expire after 48 hours.
Invite links generate a unique code for joining. You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App's design, code, icons, and content are owned by Aura Motion Labs and protected by copyright law.
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Budget health scores, insights, and forecasts are informational only — not financial advice.
Aura Motion Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use, including data loss, financial losses, or disputes between members.
You may delete your account from Profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes communicated via in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in India.
